Reception/ Client Services role

Sherry FitzGerald O Meara has an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist / Client Services person, to join their team in Athlone.  This person will be a critical part of the team providing full assistance and support to the office.

The main responsibilities & capabilities required for the role are listed below:

Responsibilities and duties

  • Maintaining existing relationships with clients.
  • Ensuring an excellent level of customer service to both internal & external clients
  • Organising appointments appropriately and efficiently for sales staff
  • Manage and maintain the existing database of clients
  • Deal with all incoming phone, email, mySherryFitz queries relating to the office such as arranging viewing appointments, Market Appraisals, viewing times etc
  • Compliance – preparation of Terms of Engagement and compliance documentation
  • Liaising with negotiators on adverts, proofing, quality & text, photograph detail and boards.
  • Making properties available – download photos, proof text,
  • General Administration eg. correspondence, filing, emails, stationary, petty cash etc.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar role an advantage

  • Technology skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint but not limited.
