59 Glencarrick
Roscrea
Co. Tipperary
E53 AY61
Description
Built in 2007, it has been unoccupied for some time now and will require an investment and upgrade. However it will be money well spent and will give a buyer an opportunity to choose your own finishes, with your own taste.
Accommodation comprises an entrance hallway with guest WC, a sitting room, a large kitchen combined with dining room.
There are four bedrooms, an ensuite and a main bathroom at first floor level. One bedroom has been converted into a smashing walk in wardrobe/study.
The total floor area is 115.8 sq mts/1,246 sq ft. We believe the C1 BER may easily upgrade to a B3 qualifying the the house for a lower mortgage lending rate with Banks and possibly qualifying for the Vacant Home Refurbishmnet Grant subject to application.
Outside the cobble locked driveway can accommodate two cars, and there is a generous side entrance to the rear garden which is covered in timber decking that now needs to be removed.
Glencarrick is convenient to the Roscrea bypass, connecting to the M7 easily. This is an ideal first-time buyer’s house or an ideal purchase for the savvy investor. Please call Julie Fogarty 0505 21192.
