Toor North
Dungarvan
Co Waterford
P51HC66
Description
Situated on a private site at Toor North, just 15 minutes outside Dungarvan site, his spacious 3 bed bungalow has most scenic setting surrounded by rolling countryside.
Built in 2000 and standing on 1 acre approx, the property was designed by local architect Michael Keane to allow an influx of light throughout the bungalow.
Stepping inside, the front entrance hall has a wonderful glass facade and its shape allows for a seating to take in the morning sun. The kitchen/dining room is very spacious and has an abundance of counter top to create a very functional family kitchen. The living room is just off the kitchen and has an open fireplace with a large bay window overlooking the rear garden.
The 3 bedrooms are of very generous size and are accessed via the impressive hallway that has fitted units at either end for clothing/storage. The master bedroom is at the end of the hall and is the full width of the house with direct access to the shower room beside.
Externally, there are lawned gardens surrounding the house, a large steel shed and a gravel driveway that has ample parking space.
Toor North would make the perfect family home and its expansive site allows for further extension if required subject to planning permission. Viewing highly recommended.

About the Area
Dungarvan (Irish: Dún Garbhán) is a seaside resort town and harbour, situated on the N25 national primary road and the R672 and R675 regional roads. The nearest airports are Waterford Airport, which is 50km away and the larger Cork Airport, which is 80km away. Dungarvan is at the mouth of the Colligan River, which divides the town into two parts. Dungarvan Harbour as such is formed by The Quay (on the town side) and The Causeway. Outside the harbour, a 3 km sandbar, "The Cunnigar" defines the western limit of the 4 km-wide Dungarvan Bay. There is a well-maintained concrete slipway in Dungarvan town, suitable for launching vessels up to eight metres in length. Moorings are usually made available to visiting yachts by Dungarvan Harbour Sailing Club, often free of charge.
