Co Tipperary
Description
Located just one kilometre off the N62 (Birr to Roscrea Rd) at Dromakeenan, these lands are in top class heart, are fenced, the ditches have been cut, there is a natural and a piped water supply. ESB is supplied and connected.
The lands have great convenience to so many services in Roscrea and Birr, as well as being situated in a very scenic district. The soil quality is proven as very good, as the lands were in tillage approx. eight years ago.
There is a two span hayshed and a straw bed shed with slatted tank to one end. It has capacity for approx. 35 cattle. A road has been laid to access all the fields for great convenience, and this is a right of way for neighbouring farms.
Rarely does a farm of this quality and size come to the market and it should appeal to full and part time farmers.
Maps available from Sherry Fitzgerald Fogarty.
