Sherry FitzGerald P. Burke is currently seeking a mix of urban and rural based properties for sale throughout County Roscommon following a large amount of sales in recent months.
It has been an extremely busy past few months for Sherry FitzGerald P. Burke as a large volume of properties throughout the county and indeed further afield have already been sold.
Managing Director of Sherry FitzGerald P. Burke, Padraig Burke explained that he currently has a large volume of clients who are searching for properties in County Roscommon with cash buyers also available.
“Due to the large volume of sales in recent months we are now looking for additional properties in the region. It’s been a busy period for us with recent sales including a three bed semi-detached property in Lanesboro, a 1.09 acre site in Rathbrennan which was sold subject to planning permission, two commercial properties in Castle Court, Roscommon Town while we also recently sold a two bed semi-detached property in Lisnamult, Roscommon Town and ten acres of agricultural land at Carrownabrickna, Roscommon as well as a three bed bungalow in Ballyglass, Lanesboro, County Longford. Due to this large volume of sales we are now seeking additional properties throughout the region,” said Mr Burke.
According to a recent report from Sherry FitzGerald’s commercial partners Cushman & Wakefield, Ireland the volume of new home sales has increased by 23% nationwide in the first quarter of 2017. “The new homes sector is a positive contribution to the market place and this is a positive step forward. The price of new home sales has also grown and a larger volume of starter homes are being sold. The second hand market has also grown by 4.4% in the first six month of 2017 and there has also been growth in the commercial sector.
