Description
A tarmacadam driveway leads to the front door which has a charming window beside it which casts gentle light into the tiled front hall. The sitting room is bright, spacious with laminate wood flooring. The kitchen / dining room at the back of the house is perfectly laid out and spacious. It has sliding doors from the dining space opening out to the back garden. A good-sized utility, a downstairs guest toilet and storage area under the stairs completes the ground floor.
A red deal stairs leads to the four good sized bedrooms, the master bedroom to the front is ensuite and they all have built in wardrobes. The family bathroom is well planned and fully tiled around the bath.

About the Area
Tuam (pop. 8,242) is a town in County Galway, situated west of the midlands of Ireland, and north of Galway city. Tuam is best known as a centre of church affairs, ancient and modern and has two cathedrals. The town owes its foundation to a monastery established here in the 6th century by St. Jarlath. The ruins of Temple Jarlath, in the centre of the city, date from around 1360. The 14' 12 century High Cross of Tuam, a decorated sandstone piece, was once broken in three, with each piece in different ownership. It is now situated in the rebuilt (1878) Church of Ireland cathedral, which has a magnificent red sandstone chancel arch in laboured Romanesque, erected certainly between 1128 and 1152.
