There are no traffic lights between Rockwood and Dublin airport with the M9/M50 motorway access and can be reached within a two hours’ drive.

The village of Dunhill is 2km with a primary school, squash club, a pub and the historic Dunhill Castle. The local village of Fenor has also a primary school.
Secondary schools are found in the coastal town of Tramore 12km or Waterford city 15km.

There are many amenities close by, including the Waterford Greenway. The Waterford Greenway is a spectacular 46km off-road cycling and walking trail along an old railway line between Waterford and Dungarvan. Annestown beach is home to a beautiful beach just 7km from Rockwood.
